Rekha Film's Kali one of the only two movies that could recover investment in 2070

In a report in Kantipur, in the year 2070 only two movies that could recover the investment are Rekha Films’ ‘Kali’  and ‘Hostel’.

According to the report, up to Kartik of 2070, 67 movies were released. A distributor, Sunil Manandhar claims that 90 percent of those movies haven’t even collected Rs. 5,00,000 in their all-Nepal business.

‘Kali’ was liked by the viewers of single screen theaters while ‘Hostel’ attracted viewers in multiplexes.  (read the news report in Kantipur)
